Prices and designs shown are subject to change.
Custom orders are always considered, but because of the nature of custom, a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit must be made on any custom order before we will begin to build the item(s).
Red Falcon reserves the right to extend delivery times if necessary.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For customers purchasing an item in person at an event/convention/faire, Red Falcon does not accept returns. The customer saw the item, handled or tried the item and chose to purchase it, immediately or by placing an order. All sales are final.

For customers purchasing online, items may be exchanged for store credit towards any other Red Falcon product.

If a customer has an issue with an item after purchase that is due to workmanship and not customer use, Red Falcon will attempt to resolve that on a case by case issue, either fixing the item or providing a new one.

WARRANTY

Red Falcon (TJd Industries LLC dba Red Falcon) makes and sells all products as costume pieces and accessories. A good portion of our customers use these pieces for LARP, LA Combat and/or other dangerous activities. While Red Falcon works to ensure that every product is of exceptional quality, this should not be construed as a warranty of personal safety. By purchasing a product from Red Falcon, you agree to hold Red Falcon, TJd Industries LLC, its staff and/or associates, harmless and you accept all responsibility (moral, ethical and legal) for any use of our items in any manner – costume or otherwise. Red Falcon is not responsible for any injury incurred from the use or wear of any of our products.

Red Falcon is not responsible for any physical harm or damage from the use or misuse of armour or accessories, including those with claws or knives as part of the product, purchased from us. By purchasing an item from Red Falcon, including those with claws or knife from us, you understand that Red Falcon does not warrant that you may legally purchase, possess, or carry these products according to any state or local laws. You also acknowledge that you have determined their legality before purchasing and that you are an adult of at least 21 years of age and under no legal disability. By purchasing any Red Falcon product, the buyer warrants that he or she is in compliance with local and state laws and is legally able to purchase the item. By purchasing any item sold by Red Falcon, the buyer expressly warrants that he/she is in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership and use of the item. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Red Falcon for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership and/or use of the item in either compliance or violation of any federal, state and local laws or regulations.

Red Falcon respects your privacy. Any personal information you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number, and email address is considered private and confidential. We will not provide or sell this information to third parties for any reason. Providing you a safe buying experience is our highest priority.
